The chargesheet in FIR No. 06/2023 registered at Police Station ACB Srinagar was produced before the Court of Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Srinagar, for judicial determination.

According to the ACB, the case was registered following allegations that officers/officials posted in Ward No. 28, Batamalloo, of the Srinagar Municipal Corporation abused their official positions and entered into a criminal conspiracy with private beneficiaries to facilitate and allow illegal and unauthorized construction in the area near Tiny Hearts School, Tengpora.
The principal beneficiary has been identified as Reyaz Ahmad Dar, son of Abdul Rahim Dar, resident of Tengpora, Batamalloo, Srinagar.
