Speaking on the occasion, the Minister underscored the importance of strengthening educational infrastructure alongside academic excellence, stating that a well-equipped institutional environment is essential for the effective delivery of education and the overall development of students.

“Government’s endeavour is to ensure that educational institutions across Jammu and Kashmir have the necessary infrastructure and facilities to provide quality education in a conducive and student-friendly environment. Strengthening the infrastructure of colleges is not merely about creating physical assets; it is about improving the overall academic ecosystem and enabling our institutions to function more effectively”, the Minister said.
