SRINAGAR: In an ongoing gunfight in the Khanyar area of Srinagar, two policemen and two personnel from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) have sustained injuries and have been evacuated to the hospital.
The operation was initiated following intelligence reports of militant presence in the area, leading to heavy exchanges of fire. The operation is going on.
An official said that the trapped terrorist is likely from Pakistan. All the SOPs are being followed in this operation.
