Budgam, Jan 17, KDC: Security forces launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Nasrullahpora village in Central Kashmir’s district Budgam on Monday evening
Reports reaching Kashmir Dot Com said a joint team of army’s 62 RR, SOG Budgam cordoned off Dar Mohalla of Nasrullahpora village and conducted house to house searches there.
Reports said that all entry and exit points towards the area were sealed off by the security forces.
Sources told KDC that a search operation was launched following inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
Searches were going on in the area when last reports came in. (KDC)
