Srinagar, Dec 21, KDC: Suspected militants travelling in a car have fled after firing some gunshots on a naka party of security forces when they were asked to stop in Soura area in Kashmir capital Srinagar.
Official sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KD)C that police and 21 Battalion of CRPF had laid a joint naka in Soura and during searches a vehicle was asked to stop. However suspected militants inside the car opened fire which was retaliated, but the car fled from the spot.
A police officer confirmed the incident and said no one was injured in the incident and police have launched massive searches to nab the ‘the suspected militants. (KDC)
