Srinagar, Dec 18, KDC: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has summoned PDP District Development Council member and Vice Chairman DDC Ganderbal, Bilal Ahmad, to New Delhi for questioning in connection with a case.
Bilal Ahmad has been summoned to New Delhi on December 23 at NIA office where he will be questioned.
Bilal is the vice chairman of DDC Ganderbal and was elected to the council in DDC elections.
Sources told Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that Bilal has been charged under Section 120 B and Section 124 A of IPC and will be questioned with regard to the same case.
When contacted, Bilal refused to comment on the matter. (KDC)
