Srinagar, Aug 25, KDC: The army on Thursday foiled an infiltration bid near the Line of Control (LoC) in Uri sector of Baramulla district, killing three infiltrators and recovering a cache of arms and ammunition, officials said.
The officials said a cache of arms and ammunition were recovered from the spot while further details in the regard will be shared accordingly.
“Army and Baramulla Police neutralised 03 infiltrators (FTs) near Madiyan Nanak post in Kamalkote sector of Uri. More details to be followed,” the Jammu and Kashmir police said while confirming the killing. (KDC)
