47-yr-old man injured in bear attack at Budgam

Budgam, Jul 25, KDC: A 47-year-old man was injured in an attack in Watnar forest area of Khansahib in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday.

An official told news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that a man identified as Sakhi Deedad son of Gulam Mohammad Deedad a resident of Shalnar Khansahib, was attacked by a bear in the Watnar forest area.

He was immediately rushed to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Khansahib wherefrom he was referred to SMHS Srinagar for specialized treatment. (KDC)
