Sopore, Dec 5: Government forces on Saturday late evening launched a massive cordon and search operation in Sopore area of north Kashmiri’s Baramulla district.
Sources said that a joint team of forces sealed Neharpora area of Sopore and conducted house to house searches in the area.
Reports said search Operation was launched following inputs about the presence of some militants in the area.
Searches were going on in the area when last reports came in.
