Kulgam, Apr 24, KDC: A 35-year-old non-local labourer from Bihar, died in Damhal Hanjipora area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
A police official told news agency KDC that a labourer identified as Mohd Azad Alam, (35) son of Ghulam Mohiuddin, a resident of Bihar, who was working as welder at Bathipora, in the district complained severe chest pain on late night.
He said soon after Alam was taken to District Hospital Kulgam for treatment, but he was declared brought dead on arrival by the doctors.
“The body of the deceased will be handed over to his legal heirs after completion of all legal formalities,” official added. (KDC)
