Srinagar, Mar 24, KDC: Government forces on Wednesday evening launched a joint cordon and search operation in Bararipora village of South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Reports reaching News Agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) said that joint team of forces including Army’s 34RR and Special operations Group (SOG) of J&K police have cordoned off whole village following inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
Searches were underway in the area when reports last came in. (KDC)
