Srinagar, Mar 09, KDC: Inspector general of Police Kashmir Vijay Kumar on Tuesday said that the Chief of Al- Badar was killed in Sopore encounter on Tuesday evening.
According to news agency KDC IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said we have killed Al- Badar chief Abdul Ganie Khawaja in the ensuing encounter at Tujjar, Sopore. He said that the killing of Al-Badr chief is a big success for the security forces.
As per reports Abdul Ganie Khawaja son of Mukhtar Ahmad Khawaja had joined the militant ranks on 28th June 2018, resident of Kralkhud area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara. (KDC)
