Srinagar, Jan 19: Muslim conference chairman Shabir Ahmed Dar and International Forum for Justice and Human Rights chairman Mohammad Ahsan Untoo expressed grief and sorrow over the sad demise of noted journalist Ghulam Nabi Shaida.
Late Shaida sahib was a man of character who never compromised on the principals of honest journalism and never listened to the dictates of establishment .He suffered huge financial losses for his honesty but he stood like a rock to keep the flame of honest journalism glowing .He will always be remembered as an epitome of simplicity and distinctive character, they said in a statement here.
