On this occasion, Association took stock of problems of Kashmiri students faced outside valley.
President of Association Mushtaq Ahmad said that the aim of the meeting was to discuss the prevailing issues related to students and future plans of the Association and problems pertaining to the students outside J&K Union territory. He stressed that all the Coordinators, members and Volunteers of the Association must work cooperatively and must follow the decisions of the working body. It has been a challenging time for association but we are glad that we left no stone unturned and worked aggressively and tirelessly to solve all the problems and issues of the students across the country.

Those trying to give political or religious colour to the local students studying in colleges outside J&K are vested interests who are damaging the fabric of country, he said.
Association will meet Lok Sabha Speaker and DGP Uttar Pradesh in coming week and will seek mercy for three kashmiri students booked under Sedition charges in Uttar Pradesh on humanitarian grounds. We will meet several other Lok sabha and Rajya Sabha MP’s as well and will urge them to intervene in withdrawing sedition case and FIR against students, he added.
