The speakers delivered insightful and impactful talks that resonated deeply with students and highlighted the evolving aspirations of Kashmir and the global community.

Registrar Prof. Atikur Rehman praised the organisers for creating an environment where students can interact with achievers from diverse fields. He said programs like TEDx help broaden students’ understanding of real-world challenges and the different paths individuals take to create meaningful impact.

“Such platforms expose our youth to fresh perspectives and new possibilities. They encourage students to think differently, innovate fearlessly, and approach their academic and personal goals with renewed confidence,” he said.

Prof. Rehman added that NIT Srinagar is committed to nurturing a culture of creativity, curiosity and critical thinking. He emphasised that the institute will continue to support initiatives aimed at enhancing student exposure, leadership and communication skills.

“Our goal is to ensure that every student receives opportunities that strengthen their character and prepare them for global challenges. TEDx is one such initiative that aligns perfectly with our vision of holistic growth and academic excellence,” he added.

Earlier, Hiral from Fortinet delivered an engaging session on the rapidly evolving landscape of cybersecurity, highlighting how digital threats are becoming more sophisticated with each passing day.
