Further updates will follow,” the statement said. The embassy has also maintained communication with Indian community leaders in Iran to ensure broader outreach and support.

Meanwhile in Israel, the Embassy of India in Tel Aviv has issued fresh safety instructions to members of the Indian community, including caregivers, workers, students, businesspeople, and tourists. According to an advisory dated June 15, the embassy stated that it is in close contact with Israeli authorities and continues to monitor the ground situation.
“National Emergency announced by the Govt. of Israel is in place. Airspace is closed. All Indian nationals are once again advised to stay vigilant, strictly avoid any unnecessary movement and adhere to the safety protocols as advised by the Israeli authorities,” the advisory reads.
