Bandipora Youth Qualifies Prestigious NORCET-8 Exam, Selected as Nursing Officer at AIIMS Delhi

Srinagar, May 20, KDC: In a proud achievement, a youth from Bandipora has qualified the highly competitive NORCET-8 exam.
Abrar Ahmad Lone, son of Mohammad Maqbool Lone from Lone Mohalla Ajas in Bandipora, has been selected as a Nursing Officer at AIIMS Delhi, one of the country’s top medical institutions.
The Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET)-8, conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), is a national-level examination for the recruitment of Nursing Officers in various AIIMS and central government hospitals across India.
The examination was conducted in two stages: Stage I (Preliminary) on April 12, 2025, and Stage II (Computer-Based Test) on May 2, 2025.
Abrar’s accomplishment stands out among thousands of aspirants from across the country, reflecting his hard work, determination, and academic excellence. His selection for AIIMS Delhi has brought joy and pride to his family and the entire Bandipora district.
