JAMMU, DECEMBER 3: The Jammu & Kashmir Road Transport Corporation (JKRTC), following approval by Minister for Transport, Satish Sharma, has released 20 percent Dearness Allowance (DA) in favour of its employees working in regular pay band/scale.

The Minister, while complimenting the employees, asserted that the JKRTC management and employees work round the clock to ensure better, safe, comfortable and sustainable travel experience for the commuters. He emphasized that the Omar Abdullah led government is committed to initiate all possible steps for welfare and benefit of JKRTC employees.

The JKRTC employees expressed gratitude to the Transport Minister for his proactive role in early release of DA in their favour.
