Bandipora, January 26, KDC: Govt Girls Model Hr Sec Bandipora celebrates Republic Day with a series of events that captured the essence of democratic values.
The day commenced with an impressive assembly of students,staff and locals of the vicinity that gathered to honor and celebrate the 75th Republic day. The “Shahnai Vadan” initially echoed through the school ground, setting the tone for the day of reflection and celebration.The students of the school actively participated in many artistic endeavors and cultural programs and showcased their talents through speeches and performances.
Head of the institution Bashir Ahmad Mir unfurled the flag with the resonance of national anthem and later delivered a patriotic speech. He urged students to uphold democratic principles and added that Republic Day is a reminder of the responsibilities.Addressing students as the future leaders of the country,he stressed that students should strive for excellence and work together to build a brighter tomorrow for generations to come and promote harmony, understanding that unity in diversity is the strength of our nation.
Finally some meritorious students, participants and a few staff members of the school were feliciated by certificates and trophies.All the proceedings of the program were carried out by Malik Nazir teacher of the institution and the program was concluded by vote of thanks presented by Mustaq Ahmad Ganie, incharge examination wing of the school.
