Thinking only of power should not be your sole aim,
Helping the common people should be your long term game.
Throughout politics your conscience should remain same,
Otherwise any time u have chance of defame.
Visiting your constituencies should remain same,
By doing this people will see you in proper frame.
Upholding rights of common people will give u long term name,
Then nobody will ever dare to make you really feel ashame.
Politicians are the one, who take an oath for state to run,
They are the one, who make people to believe in their political fun.
When they come to power they make demands of people easily shun,
When common people ask them to do their work they remain inside their den.
Serving the common people should be your basic aim,
Then only you can cherish long career in your political game.
Do always good things so that you will not feel shame,
Upholding pillars of democracy should be your sole aim.
Maintaining peace in the minds of common people should be your priority,
So that people will follow you in the state with absolute majority.
Working uniformly throughout your career should remain same,
Otherwise time will come and you will be out of frame.
Promises during election campaigning remain high in tone,
But rest of year you make people to moan,
Sticking to your ideals should be your principle,
Then only common people will become easily your disciple,
Wiping out corruption remains high during political rhetoric’s,
But in the long run you dabble your hands in dirty politics.
Looting public funds has become your long term satiation,
Delivering public addresses has become your fashion.
Providing lip service has become daily routine of your team,
Exploiting common people sentiments is what you always dream.
If the investigating agencies will tighten their nail,
You are apt to find yourself in jail,
If you again come to ask for votes in your locality,
Think of hundreds of times you will be out of totality.
Now common people will not remain silent,
As u have lacerated their every sentiment.
Whatever common people have to utter you will bear,
As good politicians are becoming day by day rare.
Public addresses will not only fulfill your purpose,
Political harangues make people only nervous.
Public anger is growing out of proportion.
Now you are making your way to destruction
If you really want to serve the mankind,
You have done everything with mind and kind.
