Hajin, Feb 11, KDC: A 35-year-old man from Shahgund village of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district died after his car plunged into water canal near Bonikhan culvert in Hajin on Friday late evening.
Official sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that one maruti car bearing registration no.JK01G- 0869 met with an accident near Bonikhan Culvert Hajin resulting into critical injury to one Nisar Ahmad Dar (35).
He was rushed to CHC Hajin where doctors declared him brought dead.
The deceased has been identified as Nisar Ahmad Dar, a resident of Shahgund Sonawari.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident. (KDC)
