Srinagar, Apr 5: PDP leader Zuhaib Yousf Mir has criticised the National Conference, terming its conduct in the Assembly as “deeply disappointing” and “condemnable”, and accused its ministers of displaying arrogance.
In a post on X, Mir said the people of Kashmir had not given such a strong mandate to the NC to witness “high-handedness”. He also objected to personal attacks in the Assembly, saying they weaken the spirit of democratic discourse.
“Personal attacks have no place in our Assembly; they weaken the very spirit of democratic discourse,” he wrote.
Mir further said that politics should inspire and engage the youth rather than disillusion them or push them away.
