Srinagar, Nov 20, KDC: Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather will administer the oath to two newly elected members of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Friday morning, official sources said. The ceremony for Peoples Democratic Party’s Muntazir Mehdi and Bharatiya Janata Party’s Devyani Rana is scheduled at 11:00 am in the Assembly complex.

Muntazir Mehdi recently won the Budgam Assembly seat, while Devyani Rana secured victory in Nagrota, a constituency previously held twice by her late father, Devinder Singh Rana. Their induction fills two vacant seats, taking the total strength of the House to 90.
