Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday ordered the formation of a high-level committee to develop a Single Window System for processing Recruitment Rules efficiently and within a set timeframe.
The committee will be chaired by the Principal Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department. Its members include senior officials from the General Administration, ARI & Trainings, School Education, IT, Law, and Parliamentary Affairs departments, along with representatives from the J&K Public Service Commission and J&K Services Selection Board. The Chairman may also co-opt other members as needed.
The panel has been tasked with digitizing Recruitment Rules using the “Delhi Model,” integrating BISAG-N as a digital partner, and overseeing the overall system. The ARI & Trainings Department will provide administrative support to the committee.
