SRINAGAR: Officials on Monday clarified that no order has been issued regarding a holiday for schools across Jammu Division on September 2.
An official confirmed that the document being circulated by some media houses is fake and bears the signature block of a junior officer from the month of August. Authorities urged the public and institutions to rely only on official communications from the Directorate of School Education Jammu.
