SRINAGAR: In a significant move to strengthen the judiciary in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, the Supreme Court Collegium has approved the elevation of three Additional Judges as Permanent Judges of the High Court.
During its meeting on March 5, 2025, the Collegium as per Kashmir Dot Com gave its nod to the appointment of Justices Wasim Sadiq Nargal, Rajesh Sekhri, and Mohammad Yousuf Wani, paving the way for their permanent tenure.
The decision is now awaiting formal notification from the central government. (KDC)
