National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah, who is set to become the next Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, said the election results, which provided the party with a comfortable majority, exceeded expectations. He added that the party will make efforts to prove that it is worthy of these votes.
“The entire result hasn’t come yet, we will talk about this after that. The way NC has got victory, we are thankful to the voters. People have supported us more than our expectations. Now our efforts will be to prove that we are worth these votes,” he said.
