Srinagar, Apr 22,KDC: In a significant move, the Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party declared its backing for Sajad Gani Lone’s Peoples Conference in the Baramulla Lok Sabha segment.
During a press conference in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari formally announced the endorsement, as reported by Srinagar news agency Kashmir Dot Com. This decision follows a request from Peoples Conference chairman Sajad Gani Lone, who sought support from the Apni Party ‘to unite against anti-NC vote dispersion,’ a trend Lone believes has historically favored the National Conference.
It’s noteworthy that the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference has nominated party Chairperson Sajad Gani Lone as its candidate for the North Kashmir seat. (KDC)
