Srinagar, Jan 18, KDC: Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) has expressed its grief and sorrow over the demise of Gh Ahmad Parra who breathed his last yesterday in late evening after a prolonged illness. Parra a cancer patient was under treatment of Tata Hospital Mumbai and on several occasions his son Waheed Parra and family tried to seek permission to accompany him for better treatment but administration always denied permission to accompany his ailing father.
Expressing deep sympathies with the family at this hour of grief and shock whole party leadership particularly Party President Ms Mehbooba Mufti, said that Parra family had always remained very close to Mufti Saheb and she feels demise of Gh Ahmad Parra as her personal loss. She said that Gh Ahmad Para was generous and a noble hearted person and his hospitality and soberness would remains always in our hearts. “I share my heart condolences with the family and Waheed at this hour of grief” she added.
