Srinagar, July 18, KDC: Two non–locals were injured after suspected to be militants fired upon them in Lal Chowk area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Police in a tweet said” #Terrorists fired upon two outside labourers in #Anantnag. Both the injured #civilians have been shifted to hospital, where they are stated to be stable. Area being cordoned off for search #operation. Further details shall follow.”
Both were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where their condition is said to be stable. Their identification was not available at the time of filing this report.
Meanwhile, the whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
