Srinagar, July 03, KDC: Crime Branch of Kashmir on Monday raided at least eight locations including chartered accounts’ office in summer capital Srinagar.
Reliable sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that a team of Crime Branch Kashmir headed by an officer raided the office of a chartered accountant identified as Imran Amin Dara, son of Mohammad Amin Dara, a resident of Gulab-Bagh Srinagar.
Another team headed by a DySp conducted a raid in the Soura area.
Raids are being conducted at eight locations in Srinagar district including Parimpora, Batamaloo, Rajbagh and Soura area of the district.
At Tengpora Batamaloo, the searches were being carried out in the house of Mohammad Yousuf Dar, Son of Mohammad Kabir Dar. At Parimpora the house of Umar Farooq Shangoo son of Farooq Ahmad was being searched by the Crime branch.
All the raids were being conducted in connection with FIR no 27 and 29 of 2023 of Police Station Crime Branch Kashmir.
When contacted, SSP Crime Branch Kashmir, Suhail Munawar told KDC that all the details will be shared later today in a written press release. (KDC)
