Srinagar, June 09, KDC: A 6th class students who was critically injured after chased by a pack of dogs in Batamaloo area of Srinagar, died after almost 10 days at a local hospital here.
Dr Mohammad Salim Khan, Professor and Head of Department, Community Medicine GMC Srinagar, in a tweet said, “7 year old child was chased by a pack of dogs in Batmaloo Srinagar, fell in a drain, now admitted in ICU as brain-dead. No chances of revival/ survival .”
A neighbour of the victim told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that Ahmad Bin-Javid has died on Thursday.
Ahmad slipped into drain in Batamaloo and died after 10 days and the family has alleged negligence of administration.
