Srinagar, Apr 04, KDC: People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Coordinator for Central Kashmir, Zuhaib Mir has stressed upon the party cadre to work sincerely for the politics based on all round development.
In his statement, Zuhaib impressed upon the party workers and functionaries to educate the masses politically so that they can be able to think and act politically. “Politics is the process by which people make collective decisions. It involves the exercise of power and authority over individuals and institutions, with the aim of achieving public goals and resolving conflicts between competing interests,” Zuhab said.
He said that in an atmosphere of political uncertainty like ours, it is the duty of all the party workers to debate the economy, social welfare, national security, human rights etc politically.
Zuhaib elaborated that political parties, interest groups, and civil society organizations play important roles in shaping the political landscape and influencing public opinion.
The utmost responsibility of ours is to develop a political culture among ourselves so that we can act politically as and when required, Zuhaib said and added that even the political rights including the constitutional guarantees which have been unfortunately snatched from the people of J&K, can be brought back democratically and through a vibrant political process only.
Zuhaib said that our respected party president, Mehbooba Mufti has been working tirelessly to build up a political atmosphere in Jammu and Kashmir. She also, by her words and deeds tries to make people aware of their self-respect which can be made possible only when the people are able to take right political decisions at right times.
Zuhaib called upon the party workers to continuously remain in touch with each other which can prove helpful in knowing the real issues of the common people. (KDC)
