Srinagar, Jan 28, KDC: People Democratic Party (PDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday joined the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi led Bharat Jodo Yatra that resumed from the Chersoo village in Awantipora after being cancelled on Friday.

Reports reaching news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) said that Mehbooba Mufti, her mother and daughter Iltija Mufti joined Bharat Jodo Yatra in Awantipora.

Priyanka Gandhi has also landed in Kashmir early morning and has reached Lethpora to join Bharat Jodo Yatra. Later Priyanka is likely to visit Kheer Bhawani in Ganderbal and Nishat Ashram in Srinagar and will stay in the Grand Lalit for the night.

In the afternoon around 2;45 pm, a presser will be held by Jairam Ramesh MP, General Secretary Incharge Communication, AICC at Congress Bhawan, Srinagar. (KDC)
