Security forces fire speculative shots after suspicious movement in Kulgam

Srinagar, Jan 20:  Security forces fired shots after suspicious movement in South Kashmir’s DH Pora area in Kulgam on Friday, police officials said.

They said that the suspicious movement was reported during late afternoon in the main town DH Pora, Kulgam.

A cordon and search operation was launched to search the area, Kulgam police said in a statement.

“Some speculative shots were also fired. Police Kulgam, 9RR and CRPF 18 Bn are jointly conducting search,” it said.
