Srinagar 27 May (KDC): India recorded 2,710 new Covid19 cases in last 24 hours, taking the infection tally to 43,147,530, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) data.
The Covid fatalities climbed to 5,24,539 with 14 more deaths, as per the data, the active caseload rose to 15,814 cases, accounting for 0.04 per cent of the total positive cases.
“The national Covid recovery rate was recorded at 98.75 per cent,” the health ministry said, adding that 2,296 recoveries were recorded in the last 24 hours, increasing the total recoveries to 4,26,07,177.
The daily positivity rate was recorded at 0.58 per cent and weekly positivity rate was 0.52 per cent, it added. (KDC)
