Srinagar 13 May (KDC): Elon Musk Friday while citing pending details on spam and fake accounts said that he has temporarily put his $44-billion deal for Twitter Inc. on hold.

Musk tweeted, “Twitter deal temporarily on hold pending details supporting calculation that spam/fake accounts do indeed represent less than 5% of users.” (KDC)
