Srinagar 13 May (KDC): Social Activists along with scores of youth on Friday evening staged a protest at Press Enclave towards UN office against the killing of a minority member and a police constable.
The protest was spearheaded by Lok JanShakti Party President Sahil Bashir Bhat, Social Activist Sajid Yousuf Shah and others. They raised slogans against the innocent killings and demanded to nip the heinous design in the bud which is consuming lives of people, especially of minority community.
After assembling at Press Enclave, the protesters tried to march towards Raj-Bhawan but were stopped by police from moving ahead. (KDC)
