Srinagar 22 Apr (KDC): A dead body of a labourer was found lying in an orchard in north Kashmir’s Sopore district on Friday
An official told news agency KDC that the dead body was found lying in an orchard near Cooperative office Sopore. The deceased has been identified as Umar Farooq Shosha (20) son of Farooq Ahmad Shosha, a resident of New Colony Sopore.
The deceased, as per the official, was working as a labourer. “After spotting the body in the orchard, it was shifted to Sub District Hospital Sopore for medical examination,” the official said.
Police in this regard said that the deceased had a criminal background under a case FIR no 274/21 US 457,380 IPC, which stands registered in Police Station Sopore and have initiated the investigation. (KDC)
