SRINAGAR: Owner of Daily newspaper Srinagar News Mehrajuddin Wani passed away on Tuesday after a brief illness. He died of some complications at Chest disease hospital Srinagar, this afternoon.
Wani- a resident of Rainawari Srinagar was the owner and publisher of the daily newspaper ‘Srinagar News’.
Meanwhile, BJP JK spokesman Altaf Thakur expressed his heartfelt condolences over the demise of Daily Srinagar News Editor-in-Chief Mehrajdudin Wani.
Thakur said the departed soul was a gentle and professional journalist and his death was a great loss to Kashmir’s media fraternity.
The BJP leader prayed for the highest standards for the departed soul and expressed solidarity and sympathy to the bereaved family
