Srinagar: The High Court Thursday granted two more weeks to Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India (GoI) to respond to a plea by the father of Muhammad Amir Magray, one of the four persons killed on November 15 last year in the “Hyderpora encounter”, seeking the return of the body of his son for burial.
A bench of Justice D S Thakur granted the time to MHA after Assistant Solicitor General of India (ASGI) Tahir Shamsi on behalf of the MHA solicited more time for the response.
