SRINAGAR, November 05, KDC: Various youth activists hailing from Lal Bazar, Srinagar on Friday joined Apni Party at its Central office in M2 Church Lane, Sonwar.

The joining ceremony took place in presence of Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari along with Party Youth President Junaid Azim Mattu.

Besides, Party District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Youth General Secretary Muzaffar Reshi, Party Leader Mir Imaad Rafi and Party Leader Tazeem Gujjar were also present on this occasion.

The new entrants led by Tazeem Gujjar who joined Apni Party included Muneeb Shah Banday, Abrar Ahmad Lone, Adil Ahmad Khan, Mudasir Chara, Mohammad Ashraf Chachi, Murad Ali, Er. Raja Salman, Salman, Sakib and Lateef Ahmad.

Welcoming the new entrants into the party-fold, Bukhari said youth empowerment is highly imperative for the progress of J&K as it is the young scintillating minds that bloom with new invigorating ideas and innovations.

“Apni Party remains firm in its stand for resolving the issues pertaining to a myriad of grievances faced by the youth. We will continue to pursue the resolution of their pressing demands and if our Party comes in power numerous youth-centric schemes will be launched to tackle the problem of rapid unemployment,” he said.

Bukhari asserted that the youth are feeling highly dejected right now especially in absence of a representative form of government their pleas often go unheard.

He also impressed upon the new entrants to work diligently for the public welfare in their respective area and apprise the youth with the party agenda.

On this occasion, the new entrants thanked the Party leadership for providing them with a viable political platform and vowed to strengthen the party cadres at grassroots level. (KDC)
