Srinagar, July 10, KDC: Residents of Rajpora in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district have appluded the order issued by Chief Medical Officer Pulwama for posting back DAK President Dr Muhammad Yousf Tak back to the hospital.
The residents told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that CHC Rajpora was suffering from the last five months when Dr Tak was posted for COVID duty in District Hospital Pulwama.
“CHC Rajpora has two consultant anaesthetists including Dr Tak. Since he was posted for COVID-19 duty, the hospital was suffering because of his deficiency. Several surgeries were delayed because of his temporary deployment for COVID duty. His posting to CHC will fulfill needs of patients who were waiting for surgeries. It is a big relief for us,” the residents said.
The residents of Pulwama appreciated the order issued by the Director Health and Chief medical officer for relieving the doctors and other medical staff to their original places of posting as patient care in these health centres was hit.
The CMO Pulwama complying with the directions from director health services Kashmir has on July 9 orders posting of 12 doctors to their original places of work as they were deployed for COVID-19 duty in District Hospital Pulwama. (KDC)
