Sopore, Dec 23, KDC: A drug peddler was arrested on Thursday evening in Sopre area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district and all but 50 gram of brown sugar like substance was recovered from his possession.
The accused has been identified as Abdul Hamid Son of Abdula Samad Bhat of Chotipora village of Hygam Sopore.
Sources told news agency KDC that a naka was laid following the inputs.
“A case under various sections of NDPS Act has been registered and further investigations taken up, ” he said. (KDC)
