Anantnag, June 11, KDC: A 31 year old woman was found lying dead in her room in Chree Panzgam village in Kokernag area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday.
A police official told news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that a woman name (withheld) ended her life possibly by hanging herself at his residence at Chree Pangzgam village.
He said that the Woman was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her dead. The body will be handed over to the family after completing necessary medico-legal formalities.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and an investigation has been taken up, he added. (KDC)
