New Delhi, November 7, KDC: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has ordered the transfer of two IAS officers of the AGMUT cadre from Jammu and Kashmir to Ladakh with immediate effect.
According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on November 6, 2026, Rakesh Minhas (IAS, AGMUT: 2016) and Faz Lul Haseeb (IAS, AGMUT: 2018) have been transferred from Jammu and Kashmir to Ladakh.
The order, issued under File No. F.No.15041/08/2023-UTS.I, states that the transfers have been made with the approval of the competent authority and will remain in force until further orders. (KDC)
