SRINAGAR: The High Court of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh has reconstituted a four-member committee to oversee the operationalisation and implementation of the Live Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings Rules, 2023, and determine the categories of cases in which live streaming can initially be introduced.

According to Order No. 1314 of 2026/RG, the committee comprises Justice Sindhu Sharma, Justice Rajnesh Oswal, Justice Sanjay Dhar and Justice Rahul Bharti.

The committee has been constituted by the Acting Chief Justice in partial modification of High Court Order No. 795 of 2026/RG dated May 20, 2026.
