The conference is being organised by Adbi Markaz Kamraz, Jammu and Kashmir, in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) sponsored by J&K Bank, with participation of poets, writers and literary personalities from various linguistic backgrounds.

Speaking on the occasion, the Speaker described the conference as a historic initiative aimed at strengthening the linguistic diversity and cultural awareness in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the conference seeks to provide a platform for the dialogue on preservation, recognition and celebration of regional literary traditions while encouraging younger generations to connect with their cultural roots.
