Mother, daughter die after wall collapses due to heavy rains in J&K

Rajouri, Sept 03: A woman and her daughter lost their lives after a wall of their house collapsed due to heavy rainfall in Tanda Kangri, Sunderbani Rajouri district, during the intermediate night of September 2 and 3,

An official said that Sita Devi, wife of Rattan Lal, and her daughter Sonia Rattan Lal were inside the house when the wall suddenly collapsed.

Police and a rescue team immediately rushed to the scene and recovered their bodies. The incident occurred due to the incessant rainfall in the area.
