Baramulla, May 07: In a latest development, the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Baramulla has ordered over half a dozen schools to dispatch their Buses to Government Degree College (GDC) Baramulla.
As per the order issued by ARTO Baramulla, the schools were given a one hour deadline for compliance.
“The schools are advised to maintain close liaison with the district administration and ARTO Baramulla for further coordination,” the order reads.
In the order, the School heads have been also directed to provide the details of the dispatched vehicles along with the name and phone number of the driver to the ARTO office Baramulla (hqr Sopore).
“Any negligence shall be viewed seriously and non-compliance during this time will invite cancellation of registration of the vehicle without any further notice,” the order reads. (KDC)
